| Because we live on site most of the year we understand and keep up to date with what's going on here. We will be working hard to keep the site up to date with events and changes at Billing Aquadrome and to make sure it does well in Google and other search engines so you can be sure that your holiday home will be seen by people looking to rent here. |
Your account with Park Holiday rentals |
| Registering with us is free and once registered you may advertise any number of properties on Park Holiday Rentals on payment of the fee for each property. |
Managing your properties |
You will have access to a control panel where you can manage all your properties. You can update the details of each property as many times as you want to, and also temporarily set properties inactive if you don't want them to appear on the site for any reason. For each property you can upload up to 4 photos, and change these whenever you want. You can manage both prices and availability.
Managing Availability - you may enter any number of time periods where the property is unavailable - these will be used to show potential customers an availability calendar so they can easily check if your property is available when they need it.

Managing Prices - you may enter any number of time periods with different prices and different lengths of stay. These will be used to show potential customers a list of prices for the property.

Featured Property |
| Every day a different property is featured on the Park Holiday Rentals home page. This is selected randomly from all active properties |
Enquiries |
| Your email address will be stored on our database but will not be given out. Potential customers will be asked to complete a form giving their details and optionally the dates they would like to rent your property, and we will send you an email with these details. These details will also be stored on our database and will be available to you from your control panel. |
We do not make bookings, it is up to you to make a firm booking with the customer and arrange for payment. You may then update the availablity calendar to show the booked period as unavailable. |
How much does it cost |
| Prices are for a six month period. Properties cost £29 for a caravan, £33 for a mobile home, £36 for a lodge,. We take payments by PayPal, if you don't have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal to pay by credit or debit card. Alternatively you may contact us to arrange for payment by cheque. |
